1. How to File a Takedown Notice

2. Use of Our Digital Tools

Infogira provides tools like Image Background Remover and Image Compressor. We do not store or host user-uploaded images permanently on our servers. All processing happens in real-time, and files are typically deleted after the session. However, we take all claims regarding intellectual property seriously.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Upon receipt, we may restore the material in question if it does not violate copyright laws according to the evidence provided.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Infogira reserves the right to terminate access to the website for users who are found to be "repeat infringers" of copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
